Technical problems with the terminal or app
What if my terminal is working slowly or has no connection?
- Turn the terminal off completely: long press the green button on the top right and select "Power Off. Leave it off for at least two minutes and then restart.
- Check that airplane mode is off: press and hold the green button for three seconds. If you see a plane icon set to 'On,' tap it to turn it off.
- Make sure you turn off the terminal every night and only restart it at the start of the work day.

How do I re-link my Waow app?
- Open the app and click on "Login.
- Enter your registered phone number and email address.
- Click 'Next' and follow the instructions.
- You will first receive an OTP code via email, then via text message.
- Enter both codes. Your app is then linked again.
Account management and access
How do I reset my PIN when blocked?
Send an email to support@waowdeals.com from your registered email address. Attach a photo or scan of your ID card (front and back).
Our support service will initiate the reset procedure.
How do I add an additional user (such as my accountant)?
- Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in with your Passepartout (Waowapp)
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Users' and click on the plus sign.
- Choose the access level (e.g., limited access).
- Enter the new user's contact information.
- Connect a card reader and read in the new user's ID card.
- The user chooses their own PIN.
How do I change or add a bank account?
- Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in
- Go to "Account" > "My bank accounts.
- Click on the plus sign to add a new account and follow the instructions with card and card reader/.
- Set the new account as primary. If desired, you can delete the old one.
Payments and financial documents.
How do I request a payout and when will I receive the amount?
Requesting a payout:
- Via the app: Log in, go to 'Make payment', choose 'Retrait' and follow the steps.
- Via computer: Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in, go to 'Transactions' > 'Payments' and follow the instructions.
Processing: Payments are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your bank and holidays.
Where can I find my invoices, VAT documents and expense reports?
- Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in.
- Click on 'Invoice' in the menu to view and download all your documents.
You will also receive these monthly by email from our finance department.
Reports & transactions
How do I view or export my transactions or daily reports?
- Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in.
- Go to 'Transactions' > 'Export transactions'.
- For a daily report: click on 'Export terminal daily report' and choose a period (from - to).
- For export of transactions: click on 'Export'.
- PDF export: export best by two weeks to reduce file size.
- Other formats (e.g. CSV) are also available.
Discounts & payments
Why doesn't the discount question appear on the terminal?
The discount question only appears for domestic regulated debit card payments.
No discount is applied for example company cards, non-domestic cards, credit cards, meal or eco cheques.
Also for registered customers, the discount is automatically settled without a question on the screen.
Orders & equipment
How do I order a charger, battery, printer roll or printer cover?
Through the terminal:
- Press and hold the WAOW logo for three seconds.
- At the top, choose 'Webshop' and select the desired product.
Via computer:
- Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in In the menu on the left, go to 'Store'.
- Find your product, click 'View' and then 'Confirm'.
Contracts & administration
Where can I find my contract or license information?
Go to the website: www.waowdeals.com and log in
Go to 'Account' > 'My Licenses' for an overview of your contracts.
How do I submit a case discontinuation, acquisition or license termination?
Send an email to finance@waowdeals.com with the necessary details of your request.
